OSX - Preference Error: Could not load sharing preference pane

1. Open terminal

2. Navigate to /Users/Run the following command, make sure to replace with the user
   
    

mv com.apple.systempreferences.plist /Users/<username>/Desktop/com.apple.systempreferences.plist

   3. Restart computer

   4.Preference pane should now load

   5.Delete the temp com.apple.systempreferences.plist from the desktop
